Return Window
Unused, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact our team via email or WhatsApp with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange collection or drop-off.
Fragrance Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Jewellery Items
Jewellery may be returned unworn, in its original packaging, within the 7-day window.
Exchanges
Sizing exchanges on fashion items are available within 7 days, subject to availability.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a reduced price are final sale unless faulty.
