Delivery
Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Kampala Deliveries
Orders within Kampala are delivered within 1–2 business days. Complimentary delivery applies on orders over UGX 400,000.
Upcountry Deliveries
Orders outside Kampala are delivered within 3–5 business days via our trusted courier partners.
Delivery Fees
A flat fee of UGX 15,000 applies to Kampala orders under UGX 400,000. Upcountry fees are calculated at checkout based on location.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to protect fragrance, fashion, and jewellery pieces in transit.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within Uganda only. Regional and international shipping is coming soon — contact us to be notified.
